Getting back into swing of things, and I'm trying to figure out my numbers for macros. I read the stickies, and I'll be keeping a journal tracking my stuff. I just started eating clean again so there's fat loss associated with that. But here are my stats

Height 6'0
Weight 225
bodyfat estimate 25%
waist 38 although I think it maybe 36-37 as I fit for a moment in my old 36" jeans
Age 30

Based off the stickies I'm aiming for 200-210 grams protein 200-220g 60-70g fats

Mon/Wed/Fri I'm running All -Pro's Beginner routine
Tue/thurs/sat/sun 30 mins cardio

I'm aiming for 190lbs but I'm blocking it out in 4 week periods.

So goals are

october 31 215
November 31 210
December 31 205

But I feel that I may lose more initially.

looks good to me. also try visiting the exercises section to get all the exercises right, and maybe add a few lifts to your routine. once you've got a good 10-15 lifts in each work out you should be good

10-15 lifts each workout? That's seems like way too much. Unless I am understanding you wrong.
