Use to only train 5x a week being at 130-135lbs 10-12% bodyfat.

When Ive upped my training to 8-10x week I got down to as low as 122lbs with 7-8% bodyfat. (incase your wondering im a seasoned amateur fighter)

But now it seems its easy to put weight back on and harder to lose it despite keeping the training volume and intensity the same.

My diet is no different either.

Has my metabolism adapted to my training?
