View Full Version : Hey All, Can i Have some Critiques on this Diet Plan?

I'm Day 2 On P90X, I'm trying to Get ripped all over & Get Abs Basically. I'm 5"11. 175 Pounds. I Believe i Fall Under Phase 1 Level 2?.

Im CONTENT With My Weight, But if it means Losing weight by Cutting down Body Fat and getting Abs im willing to do it.

After the workout I'm going too

1,) Drink Whey Protein Shake

Breakfast: 6 Egg Whites. W/ Fat free Cheese & A Cup of Strawberries.

Snack #1 - Protein bar, 1Cup of Carrots.

Lunch - 4oz Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Fat free dressing, & 1 Cup of Cucumbers w/ Vinegar.

Snack #2 - 1 String Cheese, 1 Cup of Cucumbers, & 2 Scoops of whey Protein in Water.

Dinner - I Have down packed w/ Grilled Chicken, lettuce, Tsb of Flaxseed Oil & Some whey Protein in water.

ALL TOGETHER THIS IS 1575 Calories.

Is this A Good Plan for me? I can't have Almonds or Any kind of Nut as I have a Allergic reaction too it.

Any Help / Opinions are appreciated thanks!

what is your TDEE and macros? i can tell you your overall calories are too low.
get on a weight lifting routine
