Hi Guys,

From my workings out i need 3396 calories a day to successfully build some muscle.

But havent got a clue where to start to me it sounds alot to consume i used:

All help very much appreciated especially on what to eat.....

Get a calorie counter. Assess how many grams of protein, carbs and fat you need.

Read Layne Norton's article on cutting (I know you said bulking) to give you a good idea of what your numbers are when it comes to macro nutrients.
