I need an extra easy 600 cals.
I have to eat these during work and need around 75 grams of protein.
any suggestions???

Make a shake and bring it to work.

2 cups milk
2 scoops whey
1 Tbsp Peanut butter
1/2 cup oats
1 banana


or what ever you want to put in it.

Hormel turkey chilli no beans has 48g of protein per can just nuke it for 3 minutes and add some chilli powder to taste.
