Get about 180g to 200 g of protein in my calories and the rest made up of good fat, good carbs and greens.

How does it sound? To little or to much?

At about 15% bf, 188 lbs, 5'11".

Want to maintain as mich size and mass but reel the benefits of abs and being lean.

(Previously posted on misc and got some cheeky remarks that it should be in the nutrition section)

Thanks

Have you calculated your macros using the sticky? 0.8-1g protein per lb of LBM, 0.45-0.5g of fat and fill the rest with carbs if you desire. There is no such things as good carbs / fat (all fats are good, just limit your intake of transfat)

Calculate fats + protein. Using above ^^
Then worry about carbs.
