Topic say it all. Losing weight on the scale, close to 17lb(counting water weight) but I don't see any results in the mirror. something is wrong.

Do you have a before and after pic? Are you comparing all body parts or just abdomen?

I've noticed that at different stages of my cut, more fat is pulled from different areas. Most of the time it's pulled from everywhere equally, but once in a while, I'll see a drop in thigh fat and almost none in abdomen

People r telling me that I need to continue to lift heavy and hard...which I haven't been doing all the time

I didn't understand your first part? those are like before and after, because I look the same...trust me!
Is your strength going up, down, etc? You judging yourself, and someone else judging can be completely different. I'm pretty reluctant to think nothing has changed except for a 17 lb drop on the scale.

My strength has slightly decreased. I might have lose some fat around my butt and thighs. But, when I comes to the upper body...nothing!

Bodyfat does not come off in the order we want it to. To dig into the fat stores in the upper body you may need to reach a much lower level in your lower body. Everyone stores bodyfat uniquely so there is no one way to get an area leaner other than getting the entire bodyfat to drop. Keep doing what you are doing, 17lbs is fantastic.

As for pictures, if you are not taking pictures front and back then you are not tracking your progress accurately. Often times on men bodyfat resides in the lower back. I know personally this was a huge revelation to me when I started taking back pics...that fat just disapeared for weeks and weeks in my back before anywhere else.
