I won't follow this exact plan every day, but it's a rough estimate. I'm 5'8" 152 with a crazy fast metabolism.

You have it private. Just post your TDEE and the cals your plan to consume to bulk. Mention how much protein and fat you are getting and that is good enough.

According to a calculator online, my TDEE is 2600-2700. My diet has 3,800 cals, 240 g protein, 130 g fat.

You will put on quite a bit of fat eating 1200 cals over TDEE. Protein is very high, but harmless if you enjoy it, same with fat. Minimums are hit though so those numbers are good.

I would shoot for starting just a couple hundred over TDEE to minimize fat gains and evalute again after a couple weeks.

I just got it down to 2,971 cals, 119 g fat, 232 g protein, but it says I would only gain 3-4 pounds in 5 weeks. With regular lifting, I'm assuming that would be higher.
