(Just started working out 3 weeks ago, following this stuff below)
I am 6'2, 245 Pounds, 32% body fat, 25 years old

Looking to drop to 15% body fat

Supplements:
Golden Standard whey 1 scoop a day
Hydrobuilder 1 scoop a day
Opti Multivit 3 a day
Opti Fish pills 3 a day

Eating Daily:
Meal 1: Morning : 4 Poached Eggs
Meal 2: (Pre-workout) Gold standard shake 1 scoop, 4tbps of all natural peanut butter
Meal 3: (Post workout) Two can of Tuna, a serving of low fat mayo and serving of relish, Post Workout shake Hydro builder 1 scoop, 4tbps of all natural peanut butter
Meal 4: Dinner: 8 oz of chicken white meat breast, two cups of broccoli
Meal 5: Hour before Bed 1 cup cottage cheese

Add up to around 1600-1800 calories

I workout 5 days a week, usually 5 exercises per muscle group, cardio after
Cardio: 1 hour of walking after workout, incline high as I can go, speed on treadmill is about 3-5
Weight training:
doing 3x8, heavy as I can do, I struggle to finish last set by 6-8th rep
I can post the workout but I am more interested in the nutrition factor

Just wanting to know, am I doing the cutting diet right? or am I not doing enough calories?,
I just want to drop my body fat to like 15% before I maybe figure out how to bulk

I will accept any tips from anyone..

I really have read all of the stickies and such, Its just so hard to decipher what is right or wrong, and people are in different phases and things work differently for everyone
Like I said I just started, I know it takes time, I just dont want to waste TIME if im doing it wrong!
Thanks

Your diet is obviously exceptionally unhealthy and remarkably poorly composed.

My suggestion: start reading the stickies to learn the basics about nutrition and then return here with any questions that remain.

my suggestion is to cut the cottage cheese unless you really like the taste. personally i think cottage cheese is pretty bad tasting and its macros arent that great. i like to have eggs and oats before bed, though of course whatever your macros needs are is what you should eat. i like to have fat pre bed though

I know it isn't necessary by any means, but to be honest, you really can't go wrong with the casein in cottage cheese before bed. Again, assuming you like the taste of it.

Based on the last dozen threads I've opened in this forum, I can only assume there's a full moon out tonight.

This is why people are so afraid of asking questions

When someone has no idea what they are doing, people just tend to mock them and bring them down..
I came in here for an ideas and opinion and I got many valid answers
I got told what I should be doing and what I should look for

It sucks that people have to act like this, even when we are asking simple questions

The answers really are I the stickies. The one about calorie maintenance by Emma Leigh , the one about pre and post nutrition by Alan Aragon and the discretionary calorie allowance (DCA dieting) will give you all the resources you will need to create a "diet" that you can tailor to your needs as well as stick to because you will be put in control of when, what and how much you can eat. After reading and understand thing those threads, nutrition will be a heck of a lot more simple and enjoyable and you'll be able to help yourself as we'll as others on the forum. Best of luck :)
