View Full Version : No Breakfast. No food until 2,3 pm(Post workout). But still hit Macros. Bad Idea?

Here's a sample schedule:
Wake up 7 AM.
No breakfast, just water.
Pre-Workout supp (Jack3d) @ 11:30.
BCAA @ 12:00
Workout 12:00-2 or 3 pm
BCAA Post workout.
Hit macros from post workout to 9 pm.

Just want to know if this would be a bad way to cut. (ex. muscle loss)

My workouts are 10x better when I take Jack3d on an empty stomach compared to having a good clean breakfast and taking pre workouts before working out. Not only that, but I find that this schedule really controls my out of control hunger all throughout the day. Just confused about the importance (if any) meal timing. Doing the Keto Diet btw.
