Though I find it entertaining, I dont really cheer for any specific team. The Uni I graduated from is in bum ass Southland conference and they get murdered there.
Anyway, I know a guy who cheers for VT and has never went to one class there. Also, never even been to the state or ever taken a college class anywhere. Yet sports the jerseys, plate frame, and has posters. Gay as fuk IMO.
How many of you neckbeard phaggots are doing the same thing?

Went to football camps at tOSU as a kid, Dad , aunts, and uncles are alumni. Not sure if I'm in neckbeard phaggot territory. Was considering transferring, but then realized that I don't want to leave CA for Ohio. I'm in Ohio a lot as well.

Attended University of Michigan. At the start of freshman year i didn't give a fuk about college sports, just wanted to get laid. By sophomore year you had to drag me out of the football stadium

grew up in ft lauderdale - the U was embraced by south florida ..even more than the dolphins

its a private college ...so it pulls in a bigger fan base outside of the college than in it.

- fan since gino toretta days

UNC: from NC, a few family members went there but that is just a side note. Love CFB, so they were always the obvious team for me.

College I went to didn't have a team. Went to BYU for like a month, and relatives graduated from there, so they are my close 2nd favorite.

Grew up in Michigan as a Wolverine fan and attend the school now. My passion for the teams definitely increased once I actually became a student and had a true connection.

Also there's no other sports teams in the state so everyone here is a razorback fan.

Attempted to go to school there. Wasnt mature enough so I ended up in the Army. Still got my sporthood loyalty no matter how bad they will be this year in football. There is always wrestling to look forward to though.

Graduated.

Nothing rustles my jimmies as much as phaggots bragging about a school they never attended, and then talking sh*t on schools they could never get into.

From Ohio. Classmates on the 02/03 NC team. Friends that played BB there. High School had walls lined with plaques of everyone that played CFB at OSU. Football is a way of life in the great state.

I'd only let texas use that line for its high school following, along with college and pro football.

I'll give you that. HS football in Texas is just as big as NFL there if not bigger, but in Ohio its big-just not as big.

Live 15 mins from campus. Been to multiple games. Believe it or not, you don't have to graduate from the university to be a fan. Columbus breathes buckeye football, whether you went there or not.

Neither my undergrad nor grad school even had football teams.

I don't have 1 team I root for, but have teams I flat out root against. Mostly because of the fans or current players.
