2 million a year is way below what his market value should be.

He's somewhat blackballed, but I agree, it's not deserved.
Brb Knicks had Nate, Z-Bo, and J Crawford and poorly managed all 3 of them. Ever since his knicks days no team has invested any real dollars in him.

agreed, but where else he sign?

agreed, but where else he sign? He signed with Memphis for 2 million a year, I was shocked considering how well he played for a depleted bulls team against the Heat.

If you seen him play you'd notice hes extremely wild and extremely streaky

He's a miniature jr smith with probably less basketball iq..

love lil nate. he was great for my bulls last year... i think he does deserve more when you look at him compared to other 6th men. he can put up points with the best of them, i think he's more of a $4-5 mill a year guy. but $2 million a year isn't too low either

Reading comprehension of peace. OP was talking about market value...Funny you mentioned JR, he just cashed in with roughly $10 million a year and he wet the bed in the playoffs.

he is a good player and a game changer offensively but in most defensive situations he is a HUGE mismatch. Why pay so much for someone who physically isnt able to play defense? he is explosive offensively, ill give him that but as far as anything other than a shorter version of JR smith aka shoot the ball every time he touches it, he doesnt really bring much else to the table.

he's an exciting spark plug but his net effect on the game breaks about even. It's just that this past season he came up big in big moments on national tv, so people act like he is a superstar even though his performance for the season was about on par with the rest of his career. That is the going rate for small players who can score in spurts but can't play any defense. He is a great help as a backup to come off the bench and provide a spark, but he isn't going to be paid like a starter. He's just too small.

He's not a starter. He comes in when the team needs instant OFFENSE. I agree he's underpaid. Should probably be paid around 4-5mill

Just no. Theres players out there with worse stats then him getting paid 9-10 million, and he barely gets 2? Wtf? Add that to a lot of experience in the league + playoff experience, and its ridiculous. He always plays 110% as well, not a player you have to babysit.

He's a one dimensional manlet and a giant phaggot to go along with it. I wonder why you're sticking up for him. Oh right.

Stats: 5'5", 140 lbs

He's a Lou Williams/Jamal Crawford clone if you ask me and they are both making ~5 million. Obviously, he cant be relied on as a starter for a team unless they have a stellar team defense like the Bulls but he can be an explosive scorer off the bench like Lou and Jamal.
