I have decided to return to my coaching position for a boys varsity volleyball team (our school is the "Blue Devils"). I want to brand the volleyball program for fundraising purposes... I already designed a girls logo... I might have posted a draft in here months ago, but this is the final version (the pony tail might get tweaked last second, though):

I want to develop an equivalent for my boys team... does anyone have suggestions? What do you like in logos these days? I want to make it tougher and more masculine, but still clean and bold like the girls logo

You're about as talented at making logos as you are at remixing tracks.

That design is a a few generations old... kind of like what the school uses now:

My eventual goal is to replace the logo for all the sports teams in the school... I'm really into the new style NCAA teams use these days.
