I saw essentially a trailer on SPEED and it was Erin Andrews and her poverty colleagues hyping the CFB season by talking about nothing but the Big Ten, Pac 10, and about 5 seconds on Johnny Football.

Sounded abnormally biased to me (and I'm used to the New York/Lebron/Los Angeles hype as it is) , and I have no horse in the race.

At least they could be relatively subtle.. The sole mention of the SEC is some "expert" predicting that SEC's reign would end... That's it.

I would be hyped for this channel if it aired one more NFL game a week for us to see

The fact is the all media is biased politically and out to make huge profits. They are also ratings driven which means they have to appeal to the largest markets which are LA and the East Coast. Also, since when did it become evil to make a huge profit?

ESPN has rights to all SEC shiit so why would Fox hype it up if they won't be showing SEC games?

I just watched that 30 minute preview on speed too. You must be homo because the only thing I was looking at was Charissa Thompson and Erin Andrews.

are you implying other sports news networks aren't biased?

espn:

-brb making subpar QB super famous because he likes to show off his religion
-brb pretending ice hockey doesn't exist
-brb sacrificing Cooper over racism, then pretending Douglas doesn't exist

Sounds like my kind of station. All news is bias, just depends on your bias.

Personally I don't want to hear about the SEC for hours upon hours, so I rarely watch the four letter network during college football season, or ever really (they act like hockey doesn't even exist simply because they don't have broadcasting rights).

For the most part subtlety in television went out the window a good while ago.

Also, only 5 seconds of Manziel? I'm sold.
