Are meal times important? I see alot of diet plans online or in magazines of people that have bulked up or are currently bulking and each one has the times they eat their meals, but I've read a couple posts on here that say it's not that important. Basically, I work as a chef so I work some pretty long hours and eating meals between half 6 and half 9 at night is pretty much impossible but if meal times aren't important then I have no need to worry.
Just looking for someone to clear this issue up for me :)

Eat when you can/want.

Don't worry over meal timing.

If you can eat at half six and again at half nine, you'll be right
Myself I try eat something every 3 hours during the day

You have no need to worry as they are pretty much irrelevent :)

Simply eat when hungry.

There can be a huge difference in how you perform in the gym based on when/what you eat prior to training so yes they are important
