I currently weigh 170lbs and at around 15%bf i would like to be 200lbs come june (16 weeks) when i plan to cut if everythings works out ok. But in order for me to reach this goal i need to be gaining 2.11lbs a week i'v read the max amount of muscle i can put on is 0.5 lbs a week x16 is 8lbs of muscle come june leaving me with 22lbs of fat.. is that way too much fat i wan't to be putting on or should i not worrie about it and just cut it when the time comes?

The maximum amount of pure muscle fiber that can be put on a week might be .5 pounds, but there are also other substances that will be added on as the muscle size increases such as water and carb storage. If you do a bulk clean enough, you won't put on much fat at all.

Honestly though, it's REALLY hard to gain 2.1 pounds of muscle per week. It might start out easy, and you can possibly do it. But eventually the amount of muscle you will be gaining per week will begin to taper off.
