gross

A gallon would have near 700g's fat. Pretty sure they don't make em that size anyway.

Strong cause-and-effect relationship.

Where do you get your Fats from while cutting?
Yesterday, the primary fat sources over 3 meals were pork roast, buttered veggies, 2% milk, granola. Finished up at -564 cal def, 70F, 150P. Day before was sausages + spaghetti/meat sauce, add'l dairy. Stir-fried beef or steaks, cheese plates on other days...

Into 19 days of current cut, consistently averaging -482 cal, hitting P+F minimums +/- a few grams, and not a single bro' fish-head or brown rice cake has/will ever been seen.
