Just wondering when the best time for creatine would be for best benifits?

I usually take pre workout with bcaa?

Timing doesn't matter. Benefits are not from acute dosing.

You can take it anytime that is convenient for you. Just get your daily recommended amount and you are good.

Try it for 2 weeks pre workout.
Try it for 2 weeks post workout.
Try it for 2 weeks upon waking.
Try it for 2 weeks before going to bed.

See for yourself if there's any difference. Let's be real, what's the worst that can happen?

in the morning, pre workout, post workout, before going to bed . ~5g each serving and you'll see results

Thanks man, consuming 5g a day end of my 8 week cycle for 2 weeks then resuming?

No need to cycle, ever really. I usually take min pre or post workout.

You don't need to cycle nor load. 5g a day whenever. Most take it post and doesn't matter when on off days.

Are you saying take 4 servings per day? Or just giving ideas of when he can take it?

yes , 4 serving a day . 3-5 grams each . 12-20 g a day

Why do you take BCAAs, OP? Do you not eat enough protein throughout the day?

With regards to creatine, you can take it whenever you want. Take 3-5g each day. Buy some simple bulk and cheap Micronized Creatine (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bcour/creatine-micronized.html).

My favorite time is pre-workout just for placebo benefits. I like going to the gym knowing I took something.

Muscle cannot turn into fat......Sure it can. A ripped guy at my gym told me.
