View Full Version : Resistance training and Eat Stop Eat confusion

Brad Pilon, the creator of Eat Stop Eat says to incorporate resistance training so you don't lose muscle during your 24 hour fast (Eat Stop Eat). This confuses me a little, because I've just started my fast (2PM - Sunday), and my last training sesh was on Friday where I hit biceps, shoulder and chest all in the one day. From Friday to today I've eaten more than adequate calories & today I ate eggs, bacon & some bread for breakfast and then a large can of tuna...& I'll be fasted until 2PM tomorrow. Will I lose muscle?
