the subway one, whats the most protein packed fast food or grocery store food I can get that I don't have to cook other than microwave?

the subway footlong big philly has 1000 calories and 76 grams of protein without the double meat and cheese.

Your reading comprehension sucks. The 1000 calories is without the double meat and cheese.

A lot of meat comes pre-cooked, just browse the meat section in the supermarket. As far as the foot long, i dono lol

yea thats what I usually get or a bag of fried chicken its a good deal, its like 6.99 for 12 pieces of fried chicken where I live.

At my local Sams Club, the roasted whole chickens are larger and much cheaper than buying raw chicken in the grocery stores.
