Okay.
So I get up 30 minutes before I have to leave in the morning and it's hard to eat.
I can only eat a bowl of oats and a Banana.

But then about 30-45 minutes later I'm hungry as **** so I buy 2 pieces of vegemite toast lol. But I can't afford that every morning.

I have a protein shake at around 9:00 too.
Someone help it's stuffing me up with my bulk. :/
Reps to who ever can help!

As soon as I break my fast I need to continuously eat.

Coffee + my first meal at 1pm suits me.

Stir 3 tablespoons peanut butter into the oats, or some half and half. The fat slows digestion, tastes good. I find this makes an oat bowl last much longer at keeping me full. Or some milk and protein powder to the oats is another common tactic. Hard boiled eggs are quick to get going too.
