ok a little background first

age 26 height 6f2" weight 93kgs (203 pounds) workout with weights 3 times a week
mon - chest / tri's
wed - back / bi's
fri - legs / shoulders

cardio
tue - various machines (aim for 700+ calories in 40mins)
thur - various machines (aim for 700+ calories in 40mins)
sat - various machines (aim for 700+ calories in 40mins)

now you know that....what do people look for when training
1.daily calorie intake
2.protein/carbs/fat daily intake

im totally confussed, i have put back on some weight hopefully through weights but i want definition. i think im not taking in enough food, or maybe even too much.

i was aiming at just over 2000 calories a day.

rough meal plan
breakfast - milk shake (2 weetbix/1 fruche yogurt/1 bananna/cup of ice/protein powder)
break 1 - half bananna/half apple/1 tub of blue berries + protein shake with water
lunch - turkish break / ham or chicken / baby spinach / cottage cheese
break 2 - half bananna/half apple/1 tub of blue berries + protein shake with water
break 3 - protein shake (after gym)
dinner - chicken and veges

it is normally the same except for the dinner. my problem is that i dont eat fish or eggs.

any construction critisim?
