View Full Version : high or low GI carbs for breakfast

should i be having a higher GI carb in the morning? surely a high GI to get into the system quicker? if not please explain why

its preference if you feel one helps you perform in whatever you are doing fine have that, theres also nothing wrong with having one or the other, or both.

Doesn't really matter bro, just try to get something in if you are having small meals through out the day. What carbs you thinking of?

like gxp said, its personal preference. you may find yourself with more energy with complex carbs or you can even fast for most of the day if eating all together makes you feel sluggish like it does me
