View Full Version : Homemade Low carb (under 15g) Pizza - Whole pizza only 557 caloires!

So guys I have been experimenting and come up with this homemade healthy pizza idea and I'm very impressed. I don't count vegetables as calories so they aren't included. This very pizza below had 62g of Protein, 29g Fat and only 12g of carbs (Yes 12g of carbs in a pizza). The whole pizza is only 557 calories too. Any ideas to lighten up the gym life food hey!!

Show me some comments if you want the recipe I used :P

just looks like a cauliflower crust to me. pretty easy to make.

also not enough cheese /10

also not enough cheese /10this is what I thought too, but he said he dosent count veg as cals and it has 62g protein so maybe chicken crust

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
vegetables (of your choice)
30g Cheese
150g (uncooked) chicken
2 whole eggs
45g heinz tomato sauce.

Take the cauliflower, cut all the heads off, stick into a food processor until they have all been mixed. Scoop it all out and add into a bowl, put the 2 eggs in there and around 20g grated cheese. Add some spices (i added black pepper, thyme). Mix together.

Put onto a non stick baking tray and spread it out like a pizza base. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees and leave it in there for around 15 minutes.

Take your cooked chicken and shred it up while its cooking and chop all your other veg.

Once the base is a golden brown take your tomatoe sauce and spread it onto the base then grate the rest of your cheese on the base. Put all your chicken and veg on your base how you like it and then put it back in the oven for 5 minutes. (keep checking it every minute as it may be done sooner).

150g uncooked chicken, 39 P 0C 6 F 210kcal
2 whole eggs, 14.6 P 0C 13F 178kcal
30g Mature cheddar cheese 7.5 P 0C 10.3F 123kcal
45g Tomatoe sauce 0.6P 12.3C 0F 54kcal

Total Macros (approx) 62g P 12C 29F 557kcal


Yes a very simple recipe but actually rather tasty and the base just tastes kind of like cauliflower cheese!


Obviously its not like pizza but a pizza has loads of carbs in compaired to this with just 12g.

I weigh the chicken uncooked.

And cooked chicken means after its cooked!

Normally George Forman cooked (or oven)!with cayenne pepper and then cut up/ shredded!
