Why in the world would you consume so many meals when your total caloric intake is so low??? And why would you waste money on a useless "fat burner" supplement?

Also, why would you consume so little fat?

What is your estimated TDEE as your caloric intake looks very low?

Why in the world would you be cutting at 5'10" and 155 pounds???

What's your TDEE?

I can tell you right now that looks like way too large of a calorie deficit, you're going to suffer unhealthy weight loss and won't be retaining muscle mass.

Also fat is too low. You need at least .4g/lb.

Final thing, at 5'10 155lbs why are you cutting? You should definitely be bulking.
I know you say you don't want to be a bodybuilder, but if you cut at that weight youre not going to have a respectable body as you want.
It's going to be ill/fragile looking.

Edit : YOU'RE A WIZARD HARRY! ^

Any why are you wasting perfectly good food (egg whites)? There are starving children in Africa, you know.
