My current split is this:

Sunday - Rest
Monday - Back and Biceps
Tuesday - Chest and Triceps
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Legs and Abs
Friday - Shoulders, Traps, and arms
Saturday - Light cardio

Trying to stay as close to the 5/3/1 strength training program as possible.

My big issue is this, I'm doing Deadlifts on my back days, and I'm not sure if that's where it belongs but I can't think of where else to put it. Any constructive thoughts would be appreciated.

Deadlifts on back day has always made the most sense to me and it seems to be the more common way people on here do it. But there is no hard and fast rule on how you need to set up your training week. I have seen them done on back and leg day in the journals I follow but if you have a doubt I would start with the more common way of putting them on back day and go from there.
