Been cutting for 7 weeks now, first 4 weeks I went from 84-80kg, I belive I didnt lose any water, bcuz the weight went slowly down and no big jump.

However now I havnt dropped anything the last 3 weeks, still strong 80kg.

Macros have been the same since start 200p 150c 80f ~2100cals.

I went form bulking at 4500kcal a day with like 0.5-0.75kg gains per week to the 2100cals I stated before. Was it 2 much of a drop? I was tired in start of cut, now I feel like Im on balance...

I work out 6-7 times a week with no cardio only lifting. I have a semi heavy job with sometimes alot of moving 10kg metal pieces.

Currently doing leangains.

pls halp, no hate on my pro english. Ask if I made something unclear.

You're cutting at 2100c, but what is your TDEE?

From the sounds of his job and working out I'd assume his calories are too low. Maybe try 3100 lol

Got 3314 with 6-7 workouts per week. So I've been cutting on like -1200cals? 2 much?

WAY too much. You should be cutting at a deficit of 300-600c (with 600 being the MAX).

Way too much deficit OP. Also, make sure you slowly decrease your intake. I hope you didn't go from 4500 to 2100 over night....

Your metabolism will return soon as you start eating adequately. I'd think there is no difference if you slowly walk it up or just dive in. My thought is I want to give my body what it needs ASAP. You might gain more but I think the difference will be completely arbitrary. That is just my 2 cents though.
