I'm 17, weigh 150 lbs at 5"10 workout 6 days a week for 2 hours in the 8-12 rep range.

Breakfast:
1 Fish oil pill
2 eggs (1 yolk)
3 sausage links
Half of english muffin
Whey protein with milk

Lunch: Large grilled chicken salad with salsa (substitute for dressing)
Greek yogurt

Pre workout: Special K Bar (only if im hungry) and c4 extreme

Post workout: 2-3 slices of medium sized chicken breast with brocolli and protein shake

And if still hungry at night, fat free cottage cheese or beef jerky

Any Advice where i should substitute carbs for protein or anything like that? Sometimes before bed i still feel hungry. Does that mean im doing something wrong? Any suggestions would be muchhhh appreciated!

i don't think its "extremely deficient" especially in protein, im just trying to cut right now not eating a lot of carbs

~1600 Calories 120g Carbs 180g Protein. But keep in mind this is my cut which is the summer time. Winter im close to 200g carbs

Calories are too low. You should not be cutting. Protein is fine. Micronutrients are lacking. Dietary fat intake?

Underweight for height
Calories are WAY too low
17 years old
Fat seems to be roughly 45g?
workout 6 days a week for 2 hours


This is a recipe for screwing up your hormones (ED at 17 sounds like fun), overtraining, & injury. At best you'll just spin your wheels for a long time.

This is THE primary time in your life to take advantage of your hormones, free time, motivation so you can eat & train hard.
