Anyone do this every once and awhile - meaning one day, tastefully, and not over doing it?

Usually every couple of weeks, and it's usually a refeed for me.....pasta, bread, etc.

u should carb up every 5 to 7 days. Eat like 400-600 grams of carb that day (wich is the maximum amount of glycogen your muscle can carry). Your body can use 60 gr. carbs in one hour, so try to eat every hour 50-60 gr. carbs and if u want to eat a cheat meal, it it 2-3 hours before sleep, because if u eat junkfood in the morning it's hard to stay strict rest of the day.
