my brother has a firm belief that the way you stop Lebron, the way you win games against the heat; is simply foul him. the first minute of the game, have your scrubs, your 10th, 11th, and 12th man on the bench commit flagrants on Lebron, get in his face, follow him to the huddle, etc...throw him off his game. He said that a guy like Charles Oakley would be able to stop Lebron. Just want to know your thoughts on this, I don't think I agree, but I'd like to see what other basketball fans would think.

you stop him by not letting him score or get assists

You could say this about literally any player, but one of the most durable, physical players in the league?

Also you want the Heat shooting bonus free throw early and often?

I know 75 FT% isn't great (it's pretty much league average), but do you really want Lebron getting even more free throws in a game than he usually gets?

obviously, he seems to think that lebron is weak mentally

Don't count on affecting him physically, you really have to affect him mentally.

The problem with that is now instead of cowering away like he did in the past, he only plays harder. So it'd be counterproductive.

i actually think this would work, especially if they're HARD fouls. he doesn't like to play when ppl get too rough on him. in the end tho he'd probably have 30 pts still from ft's

THATS IT! just have the opposing team cheer him on.. he'll want to follow his instincts and go against it. kryptonite.
