I am thinking of starting too use creatine but do not want too put on bad weight eg: lots of water definition just looking for any advise on this ?

You will gain some water weight, but it's not fat. You really just need 2-5g/d. What's the hesitation w/the water weight?

You may or may not see weight difference (from water) on creatine. I know that I don't noticed much of a shift when I do or don't take creatine for a period of time.

Any weight from creatine monohydrate supplementation is not "bad" weight and will not change your appearance significantly.

Youre not going to have an issue....


stick with a micrnozied monohydrate and do 5 G / day, every day...no load necessary.... timing is not important and you can mix with anything you choose.

Thanks for the advise is there different types of creatine more advanced than others or is it all pretty much the same ?
