Okay here is my supplement stack for the next 12 weeks. Im using the Shortcut to Size program by Jim and heres the supplements ill be taking. Let me know what you guys think!

Upon Waking:
5g BCAAS
5g Leucine
39g ON Hydro Whey

20 minutes later Breakfast:
1 Animal Pak
1 Animal Omega Pak
2g CLA

Lunch:
2g CLA

PRE-WORKOUT:
Cellucor NO3 (1 hour before)
1 Capsule Top Secret Astravar
5g Beast Creature
2.5g Leucine
2g Betaine
5g BCAAS
1 Scoop Cardio Igniter
1.5g Beta Alanine
39g ON Hydro Whey

POST-WORKOUT:
4 Scoops Beast Gargantua
5g Beast Creature
3g Beta Alanine
5g Leucine
5g Glutamine
5g BCAAS
2g Betaine

Dinner:
2g CLA

Devastating to the wallet ... You're seriously overdoing it . In addition there are many useless stuff .

Creatine (mono, nitrate, mcc, hcl, orotate, whatever)
Protein (PROnom, Protean, UP for me....but this is personal choice)

Optional:
Preworkout of your choice (not needed of course) (I like White Flood, Fierce, Hemavol, Focus XT)
Beta alanine is fine if you want it since you had it in the stack already
Betaine is fine if you have a reliable source
I like having Mg and D3 in my stack as well, but that's up to you.


This is already a better stack

Milli grams. Its a measurement. 1000 = 1 gram.

Cellucore C4 (preworkout)
Cellucore Core performance whey (post workout) + BCAA if you want.
Vitamin

This looks like a 'cutting' supplement plan. Are you on a strict diet where you have to reduce calorie intake? Why do you plan to use free-form amino acids, BCCAs and Hydrowhey together. Hydrowhey is already hydrolysed whey protein consisting of BCCAS and other AAs. No need for additional BCCAs and AAs in the morning if you already taking another protein supplement, especially Hydrowhey.
Why do you use Hydrowhey before working out?
You can save some money by dropping some of the supplements in your list.
