View Full Version : Separate Creatine Mono + C4?

I've been taking Creatine Monohydrate but am starting C4 for my pre workout tomorrow. Should I stop taking the Creatine Mono since C4 already has a form of creatine in there?

IF i were to take both - are there any negative side effects? Any chance that it would help a tad bit more?

Well C4 has 1g of Creatine per scoop, so you'd still need another 2-4g from another source. So yes, taking the mono would benefit you quite a bit :)

Correct, 1g of creatine nitrate per serving. i would suggest getting 5g of total creatine on your workout days. No need to cycle or load, just keep it consistent.
