I'm pretty confident that I'm on the right track, but it can't help to get some advice. I'm 18 and currently 155lbs at around 15%bf. I have 3 meals a day with snacks in between. At the end of the day I have roughly 2000 calories, 160 protein, and 175 carbs. I lift weights 3x a week, do cardio 3x a week, and have one cheat day. I burn roughly 250-300 calories doing cardio but mainly focus on keeping my heart rate up for a solid 30 mins doing jumprope (not nonstop). I've been doing this cut for about 2 weeks since I messed up the cutting diet I was doing before that (calories were too low).

So does anyone have any advice on how I'm dieting?

Also, I do 10-12 reps for 3 sets when lifting, but if I were to lift heavier for 8 reps would that be more efficient?

And I eat Chipotle 3 days a week and it fits my macros so it's still okay to eat right?

macros are fine. and yes chipotle is fine

Sounds good, throw in some EFA's if your not already man.

fats arent listed, but if you're implying that you fill the rest of the calories with fats then macros look fine.
