Last time I calculated my TDEE was ~2400 at the same weight as now, I am leaner tho.

Now when using other calculators it seems as if it's 2750 which is a whopping 350 more than my first calculation.

I was cutting at ~1800/1900 which means it was at a 800 kcal deficit rather than a 500.

I lost 3kg for a month there and I thought it was decent, now I can't decide which one is the real tdee because I struggle to eat 2700 kcal for the day and while bulking at 3000 I gained ~3-4 kg for a month, which half is prob water weight but still is pretty much for a '300' kcal surplus.

Can anyone direct me to a good TDEE calculator?

Or if anyone wants to calculate it for me I'm 5'7'' 16years old and I do SL at 3x5, three times in a week.
