I'm in the process of training for a mini marathon (13.1 miles). My questions involves replenishing calories after long runs. If I were to burn 800-1,000 calories during a 10+ mile run how should I distribute extra calories? Current macros are 2040 calories, 68f, 204c, 153p.

As long as you meet your daily macros, how you choose to eat the rest of your calories is up to you. With that being said, I would probably choose it in the form of carbohydrates so that your body can use this to refill your glycogen storage's - your bodies primary energy storage. It'll help with regenerating energy for your next training day.

Haha thanks:)

Also, if you seem to be burning 800-1000 calories form training, I hope you are making at least SOME of it back with refueling! Don't black out on us OP
