i am using atm dymatize 100 iso (smooth banana) its not that delicious i really dont like it at all , so i need ur help guys finding a really whey pure protein with good taste .. please help

The protein powders I'd recommend are: XF UP 2.0, Pronom, and Protean. Can't go wrong with any of those.

At 17 - just eat. You can easily hit your protein needs through diet.

Protein powder may help really. It may take a while but the results are far better than protein buffed muscle. It will be the most effective at getting buffer and stronger. Protein powder makes you gain weight and it will help you .

If you dislike the taste of the protein powder why not just have whole food instead for your protein needs?
