Just started gettin into this weight gym eating healthy buzz n still new to a lot of things including what percent should my carbs - protein and fat intake be?

If it makes any difference I'm 71kg literally dig using a shovel 47 hours a week for a job so im not fat and I eat 4-5 meals a day plus snack quite a lot..

My goal : get huge. Lol

You shouldn't be using ratios

Start by reading the stickies then come back

Most people will tell you 40%pro/40%carbs/20%fats

1g protein per lb of bodyweight.
0.4g fat per lb of bodyweight.

Fill in your remaining calories as you see fit - provided you get enough micronutrients.

And I'm gonna tell you something completely different LOL

1g protein/KG of LBM

But if you want to get huge, eat in surplus of your TDEE

The basic information found in these stickies are huge writeups written in terms perfectly for new beginners. The articles are made from countless hours of research and typing for people with needs such as yourself.
The writers of these articles are very well educated and did not mean to write these up to be forgotten or overlooked.

Most people will tell you 40%pro/40%carbs/20%fats

These people want you to have an unnecessary amount of protein when bulking and nowhere near enough fat when cutting. Don't listen to them!

1g protein per lb of bodyweight.
0.4g fat per lb of bodyweight.

Fill in your remaining calories as you see fit - provided you get enough micronutrients.

^^This person knows what he is talking about, listen to him!
