That laker record was from the ABA not the official NBA.. Heat win streak is more legitimate.

The Heat played only 3 or 4 good teams, their streak was garbage

Yeah they were utterly dominant.

They lost to a Bulls team without Noah, Rose, Rip, and Marco
They killed a Magic team without Afflalo, Vucevic, and Nicholson.
They tore apart the Bobcats without Sessions.
Killed the Pistons without Drummond and Knight.
Beat the Cavs without Kyrie, Waiters or Varejao by 3.
Brutalized a Celtics team without KG and Rondo by 2.
Murdered the Raptors without Gay.

Impressive as fuk.

If the heat played in the western conference it never would have gone as far as it did.

Massacred OKC AT OKC.
Massacred the Clippers.
Massacred the Pacers.
Massacred the Knicks.
Beat Memphis.

Seems you forgot a few.

Oh, and 15 of their wins were against teams over .500. Yeah I agree, it was definitely impressive.

You missed the part where they would have lost to Orlando in game 15 of the streak if the refs didn't fuk Tobias Harris over on the block/charge that should have clearly been an and 1.

33-27 = 6

6 = lebron james

lebron james makes up for the deficit

so they're tied already

add 1 because the refs handed this game to the bulls and there you go

Doesn't matter. Point is they still dominated elite teams regardless of how close some of their other games were, so lets not act like they played mostly scrub teams.

Agreed op.

The Heat basically set the new record which is 27 in todays superior NBA age.

Lol @ Heat fans. Will never have anything legitimate to celebrate.

2 titles given to them by the refs (1 in an * lockout season) and now they choke away the chance to beat the Lakers streak.

Fuk your poverty pos franchise.

lakers struggling to hold 8th place seed, heat #1 with plenty of room to keep there spot

Luke Walton has as many titles as your whole franchise.

15? Is that correct?

From my count a few days ago they played 8 playoff teams. (I believe their streak was at like 23 at that point)

You don't know what you're talking about. The Lakers are one of the original NBA teams. They've never played in the ABA.
