I drink vanilla casein(fx 25g protein),almond milk and add fresh raspberries to it. So my question is, am I over doing it with the raspberries or do they help also?

Irrelevant actually. As long as it fits your macros, and if it tastes delish as hell adding some raspberries, go for it.
