I weight train 5 days a week. Ball hockey for an hour once a week. walk dogs every day for 30 mins. desk job sitting 95% of the time. I put myself at 1.4 activity level.. agreed?

you willjust have to monitor your weight and adjust calories accordingly. it is just an estimate

Have 3 at the moment. I no your at the pound but I can come on weekends and take you for a walk maybe t othe park?

Sounds like you're "very active"? lol idk. I hate using the TDEE formula. I just use an HRM for my workouts and mark myself as "sendentary" the rest of the time. Working like a charm
