Currently cutting at 2400 calories, but looking to add 1 session of bikram yoga weekly. My question is, how do i adjust my cals to account for this as it burns of approx. 1kcals per session?

Also, do i adjust my macros at all?

Have no idea what your TEE and caloric intake is, also don't know what your macros are so no way to give input.

I suggest you start with this link, learn the basics of composing a diet and post back with all relevant information. GL

Macros are good, the activity level you would have used in calculating your TEE would take into account all activity. It's simply a datum line so monitor and adjust as needed with small caloric adjustments. I suggest not weighing anymore than once a week at a predetermined time such as upon waking and after having used the bathroom. (pee) Also the scale is only one tool and if training hard one of the smaller things as clothes and the mirror (absent body fat information) are just as important, if not more.
