View Full Version : How many calories should I consume?

Hello there guys,

I am a 100KG guy who wants to lose the fat and get lean ... But first thing is first ... How many calories should I consume each day? I already have a workout plan and I consume 2,000 calories each and every day, but my meal plan is not that much organized. So, I just make sure that I consume 2,000 calories throughout the day over 5 meals ... 400 cals each.

So, now I'm wondering if I will reach my goal which is to be an 80KG guy with what I am doing now or not? If not, What do you recommend me doing?
