View Full Version : Cutting diet!! cottage cheese???

Hey guys, I just recently starting cutting at 2600 calories, and I was wondering if you'd be willing to post some of the things you guys eat throughout the day so I can get some ideas. I'm also curious as to why so many people eat cottage cheese? Does it taste as bad as it sounds??

You can mix cottage cheese with almost anything to make it taste good. Greek yogurt, fruit, salt/pepper, spices, dressing, ice cream, chocolate, etc. High protein/calorie.

So how would it be good for cutting if it's high calorie??

Does it matter how many cals it has if it fits your daily need? And he just wanted to give you an idea on versatility. You can also have a pizza a day on a cut, or anything else if it fits and your micros are covered.

Low fat cottage cheese. I eat 300g tubs, only 273Kcal.

haha i do this, protein shake... protein shake... as much meat pizza till I hit my macros =D starving for about 2/3's of the day but holy phuck is it worth it. been cutting for about 6 weeks now down 22lbs from pizza diet lol.

i eat a tub a day on my cut

only problem is bloat from lactose/sodium combo for me

If more people realized there's no special benefit to consuming cottage cheese, fewer folks would consume such.
