whats up yall

with spring break comming up im looking to shed of fat in order to get that beach body (6 pack). im currently sitting at about 10 percent fat and looking to get that down some. I've heard that a low carb will do the trick but am looking for some advice from someone who has went through this process. basically i want to know if it works and if its possible to keep my strenght whioe on it?

You aren't 10% dude and a caloric deficit with sufficient fat and protein is all you need.

alright i can see my top 2 abs and most of the middle 2 but have a lower belly fat i cant get rid of. this will get rid of it?

At 10% 220lbs you would have a well defined 6 pack. Yeah, a caloric deficit is all your really need to cut the fat.

you usually see top abs in mid teens, you are probably around 20% though, post a pic.
you need to be in a calorie deficit to drop fat while lifting.
