I am currently 6'0 sitting at 218lbs and 22.2% body fat. My goal is to get huge rather than be defined, muscle mass is more important to me. However, I would still want to have abs, perhaps a similar look to bodybuilder Lazar Angelov.

I am really confused on what my calorie intake should be. Should I clean bulk for a few months and try to cut afterwards, perhaps to turn all that mass into muscle? Should I avoid cardio?
