Title is kind of misleading but these are my rough estimates, just wondering if there's anything else I should be adding to it ?

I use 1/2 a cup of oats - 150 calories
2 tbsp of peanut butter - 188 calories
2 scoops of whey - 200 calories
15 oz of milk (skim) - 150 calories

688 calories by estimate, what do you lot think ?

I would probably just make a milk shake but that looks like it probably tastes pretty good.

If you're going for calories, why in the hell would you use skim milk?

lol, use whole milk! skim milk might as well be sugar water brother!

Whole milk would bump it up another ~150cal. Banana ~100, and ice cream if you're so inclined.

Put cheese in it

Little cream cheese or cottage cheese does add a smooth texture... just sayin'.
