Hello guys!
17 years old
77.5 kgs
184 cm
TDEE: 2860
Macros:
Pro: 156
Carbs: 220
Fat: 77.5
Since I'm doing starting strength my diet ends like this:
3760 calories
215gr protein
114gr fat
466gr carbs
What you say???
My target is to lift as much as possible, I'll leave the suffocating diet to the cut :(

If your TDEE is really 2,860, then your caloric intake is too high. Set your surplus to 10% to 20%.

Actually, 3760 is exactly 20%.
Yep this is my 6th post, I never got the right answers.
Btw wonder pug, I didn't calculate by my caloric intake rmr BMR TDEE and such tend to be grossly inaccurate, so I just calculated it by my macros and topped them off with some more, ss is a very hard training program

Bro, I would love to help. I'd say up just up to 3200-3400 calories would be plentyful for your bulk. If you go up to 3800, you will be fulking.

Just clean bulk.

My diet is 135g protein 75g fat 520g carbs give or take 3100-3200. TDEE 2792.

I went on a regular bulk from Nov to now at 1lb per week, and need to drop to 0.5lb for a longer bulk and less fat gains.

I started at 35lbs deads, 45lbs squat, and bench at 55lbs.

My strength is still exploding. Anyhow it's al about smart training, good workout program and a surplus. My goal is to minimize fat gains, thus clean bulk is better for me and I was skinny fat. A regular bulk will spin my wheels.

All about personal preference.

Edit: Smashed Deadlift PR right now with 160lbs and clean bulking. Yes I'm at the gym right now.

To bulk without worrying about fat gains is stupid. More food isn't equal to more muscle mass. Your muscle wont grow faster by adding more calories than are necessary. There is a fixed rate at which these things happen.

Unless you want to look like this, keep it to a 10 - 20% surplus. You do not want to spend an extra 4 / 5 months cutting.

Start taking advice, even though most of this forum is bull $hit, you seem to be a little lost. Use this forum as a start point, give it some time, gain some experience and knowledge, and adjust as necessary.

That's an exaggeration, 20% is 3450 what gains will I make with that? I need to lift loads that's my main goal!

Amen. Ditch your mentality OP, and open up to advice. Most people here are giving great advice backed up by proof and studies.

Chillax and just slowly learn.

All kinds of gains. That is not an exaggeration.

3450 will go a long way. A progressive overload and smart muscle fiber recruitment along with any sort of solid surplus such as 3450 will give you stronger lifts.

I say that in the sense of the forum Nazi's leaving little room for speculation on some of the more complex, abstract parts of nutrition. This is a great beginners forum. But the attitude can be hostile to anything speculative, or outside the norm.

See I aim to gain 2.5-4 kgs a month... Meaning up to 1 kg a week eating 3460 (previous diet) got me gaining 600 gr a week and I was damn hungry all day... See what I'm saying?

Lift heavy, eat heavy, and let that natural testosterone work it's magic.

If you start turning into FrogTech, dial it back on the calories.
