I recently started hitting the gym again, after being out for about 6 months. I've never been this out of shape, however it is really depressing nt seeing any results. I usually get fit fairly fast, but this is really just making my motivation go down. I eat strictly clean, 5-6 small meals a day, and do cardio 25-45 minutes a day, as well as weight training an hour a day with that.
Some things I should add.
I weight lift until my body literally can't lift anymore, yet I feel no soreness the next day? (That was out of an experiment after not feeling anything with normal reps)
I need help, I need this extra body fat gone, and hopefully with the help of one of you, a little guidance, advice and motivation can help me out!

How do I get faster/better results?

I think it would benefit you to read the stickies here and in the nutrition section of the forum. You have a few misconceptions like 'clean' eating and eating 5-6 meals a day.
