i am 187cm and 97kg.I am cutting about alomost a week now and i feel like i go leaner and weight coing down(97-95.8).Problam is that i think i lose muscle my biceps is smaller than before.This short time weight loss is most of water?

Eatting 2100-2200kcal for resting day sitting or in school

Workout days 2400kcal

HELP ME

You aren't going to notice muscle loss in a week of cutting on those calories, plain and simple. Yeah, you might be getting a little flat if you are depleting glycogen stores, but that's what happens when you diet. It's not loss of muscle tissue.

And I am betting it's 90%+ in your head anyways.
